The story of Cobbleacre Park began by chance.
Where it all began
Founded by my grandfather, Trevor Seales, Cobbleacre was never part of a grand plan. While draining a waterlogged meadow for cattle, the land naturally filled with water, forming what became the original Cobbleacre lake. That unexpected moment shaped everything that followed.
Cobbleacre through the years
Over the years, my father Andrew, alongside Trevor, carefully grew Cobbleacre into a place for holidays, always guided by the landscape and the quiet beauty of the countryside. When I joined the family business, I knew I wanted to continue that legacy but also add something of my own.
The beginning of The Wilds
The Wilds is my chapter of that story.
Created as a natural extension of Cobbleacre Park, The Wilds is designed to be a calmer, more tranquil space, one that embraces the lakeside setting and the dark skies Norfolk is known for. It’s a place where families and couples can slow down, breathe deeply, and feel genuinely connected to nature and each other.

Set beside the lakes and beneath wide, open skies, The Wilds is all about peacefulness and simplicity. Thoughtfully designed safari tents, generous space, and careful attention to detail create an experience that feels relaxed, grounded, and quietly luxurious — without losing the warmth of a family-run park. We’re proud of the setting we’ve created and the care that’s gone into every element.
